History: My interests in creating websites started around September 2006 after opening fanlistings. Prior to purchasing domains, I was originally hosted by others under their subdomains. As fanlistings was my main priority, I had a collective which was named Where Loyalties Lie — a line that came from Severus Snape from the Harry Potter series. Then I decided I wanted to expand and make fansites. The name I thought of at the time for my site was Everlasting Peace. I later on made the decision to stand on my own and buy a domain and be hosted under a hosting provider. Everlasting-Peace.org was my very first domain. I later on had new domains after I wasn't happy with the name anymore. Another ones were Angelic-Wish.NET, MirrorTheSoul.NET and Mafreidyne.NET. Luxstella.ORG is the ninth domain I've obtained and the latest.
Domain Info: For a new domain, I wanted to have the .ORG extension again since I've always purchased a .net for a good long while. I also wanted to have something with the words of light and stars incorporated in it as well. English words were too simple, so I've chosen the words in Latin. Lux is the Latin word for Light, while Stella is the word for Star. With that, Luxstella.ORG was born and purchased on June 25th 2024 via Namecheap, while also using an Anniversary code they've given me since I've been a loyal customer with them for 15 years after leaving GoDaddy. Wow, time flies. Thanks again, Namecheap! All of my work is kindly hosted by Leprd for the last 3 years. Thank you! ♥
Layout Version: For version two of Luxstella, we have the character Rapunzel from Disney's 50th animated feature Tangled in her redesign that Disney has done. Personally, I do love her redesign and to see her animated as she is in CGI. To go with Luxstella's name, I wanted to feature a character with light, so Rapunzel was my choice and a character/Disney Princess that I personally relate to in alot of levels after the movie was released. Layout was made in Adobe Photoshop and coded via Notepad. Once again, No AI was used in doing this as I do not support it for art whatsoever. Please support all artists who do not use AI in their work, thank you. I use Google Chrome as my browser with a 1920x1080 screen resolution on my 15 inch HP laptop (yes, I've switched laptops recently). I'm not sure how it work on other browsers.
So, you want to know about me? Very well. My name is Michelle (she/her) and I'm the webmistress here. Pleased to make your acquaintance. I am born and living in one of the Commonwealths of the United Kingdom, which is Canada. So, yes I am Canadian. Bilingual (English and French). Early Thirties. Taurus (Birthday: May 3rd). Woman of Colour. Wanderluster and in too many fandoms to list. Previously said, I've been doing webdesigning since 2006 after I've discovered fanlistings. I later wanted to expand after playing video games for the first time in my teens since I was young (the first and last game played was Pokemon on Gameboy Color) and then created fansites for some of them. However, it didn't really come into fruition until around the 2020s when I decided to take it more seriously than fanlistings since you have more freedom in doing them, even despite having a busy schedule.
I have a weakness for cute things. When I say cute, like literally — pink, pastel, plushies, you name it. I'm very weak to that and I have a problem. My interests are video games, anime/manga (both Japanese and Korean), Disney movies (The Hunchback of Notre Dame and Frozen being my most favourite now), kawaii journaling, doing things in Photoshop, streaming/content creation, music and interior design. Also, is it possible to add that I like thirsting over hot sexy fictional men into the list? Yes? Perfect. So I guess you can call me a degen as well. Haha. Not kidding. Also, if you don't know what that means. Don't bother to look it up (which I'm sure you already have, tsk tsk). Anyways. To those who knew me for a long time, I'm not the sweet girl you used to know. Well, I guess that's pretty much it for learning more about me. Goodbye. *slowly waves*
